In the goal Courtois will start, he was not great last game but he did not get any support from the defence, and was left open due to lapses. Though he had several good games in the past, things look definitely positive for Courtois and Real Madrid.

Ramos and Varane will start as the center backs. Marcelo will start on the left and will provide rest to Mendy and option to be available for the el clasico and Carvajal will start on the right.
